I just looked at the Stihl UK site. A 661 is $1428 ,a 500i is $1320, and a 462 is $1200. So it looks like 500 will be priced between the 462 and 661. I about have my Dad talked into a 462. So I could get a 500i and it would be like having them both. I like the mtronic saws too.
