I omly use Blue until my ki goes down to 3 bars, then revert back and repeat. In terms of stat boosts, Blue and Blue Evolution are the best. SSJ3 has shit stamina recovery, and SSJ2 has no Ki drain and has better stamina recovery than 3 so 2 is best imo.Really, it all come down to you playstyle. Super Saiyan 3 makes you into a bulky powerhouse, and Super Vegeta 2 turns you into a living ki cannon.
